Why we're building this

From Product Vision to Lasting Software

Turn changing business ideas into organized, durable software delivery.

Every company begins with an idea.

A customer problem to solve. A workflow to improve. A new experience to create. A belief about how the world should work differently.

Today, AI makes it easier than ever to turn that idea into an MVP. A prompt can become a prototype. An agent can generate a feature. A small team can ship more code in a week than it once could in a month.

But building an MVP is not the same as building a company.

The hard part begins after the first version works.

A product evolves through hundreds of decisions: what to prioritize, what to defer, what to simplify, what to redesign, what technical tradeoffs to accept, and what must remain true as the business grows. Each change needs to move the product closer to its long-term vision, not merely add more code.

Without a system for managing that evolution, speed becomes drift.

Requests scatter across documents, messages, meetings, tickets, repositories, and AI-agent sessions. Decisions lose their rationale. Agents work from partial context. Teams ship features that solve the immediate request but gradually pull the product away from the architecture, experience, and business the company intended to build.

WorkPace is the workspace that turns product vision into lasting software.

We connect the work between an idea and a release.

Vision→Product decision→Prioritized work→Implementation→Review→Learning

WorkPace keeps that chain visible as the company evolves.

A product leader can define the outcome they want. The team can connect it to the customer, the roadmap, and the larger strategy. Engineers can translate it into an implementation plan with clear constraints and tradeoffs. AI agents can take on scoped work with the relevant project knowledge. Developers can inspect and review the resulting changes. Everyone can see what is happening, what has changed, and how each decision supports the product's direction.

WorkPace makes agents part of a disciplined product-building process.

It gives organizations a place to manage the reality that every growing product faces: changing ideas, competing priorities, emerging technical constraints, and more people (and now more agents) contributing to the same system.

Your context should outlast your tools.

In a landscape that changes every month, this is the part we keep still.

AI moves faster than any roadmap. The model that leads this quarter is overtaken the next. Agent harnesses appear, merge and disappear. Prices fall in one place and rise in another. A team that picks the best option today will want a different one within the year, and probably more than one at the same time.

Most tools meet that churn by asking for commitment: to their model, their chat history, their way of remembering. The context a project depends on ends up living inside whichever tool happened to be chosen, and changing tools means starting over.

We think that is backwards. The harness should be replaceable. The context should not.

In WorkPace, what a project knows is held outside any single agent: its overview and architecture, the decision log and the reasoning behind each entry, the tickets and the pull requests that closed them, and the skills agents follow while they work. It is kept as plain markdown and ordinary database rows that you own.

Agents plug into that layer, not the other way round. Today a session can run on your own machine through the Claude Agent SDK, or in Anthropic's cloud through Claude Managed Agents, chosen each time one starts. Both read and write the same project. As better, cheaper and more specialized harnesses arrive, they are meant to join the same way.

That turns the choice of harness into an ordinary operating decision instead of a migration. Route routine work to whatever is most economical, hard problems to whatever performs best, and sensitive work to what runs in your own environment, without re-teaching anything about the product.

The tools will keep changing. What a company learns about its product should compound instead of resetting every time they do.

We do not believe the future belongs to companies that generate the most code. It belongs to companies that turn more of their ideas into coherent, maintainable, valuable products.

That requires more than agents. It requires a shared way to preserve vision while making thousands of small decisions.

WorkPace is designed to fit into the tools teams already use. Connect your repositories, keep ownership of your code and knowledge, and build with the workflows that fit your company, not a rigid process imposed by ours.

The value of AI is not just that it helps people create software faster. Its value is that it should help organizations realize their vision more completely.

WorkPace helps companies build what they mean to build, and keep building it well.

Build beyond the MVP.

Turn product vision into software that stays aligned as your company, codebase, and AI workforce grow.
